*** Where do I begin? From the delectable hors d'ouevres right through to the cream puff swans for dessert, chef Bruce and his staff exceeded my highest expectations. For our wedding dinner, we chose the Chicken in Filo with raspberry cream sauce and stuffed pork loin with mustard beer gravy. Guests at our wedding were actually taking pictures and marvelling at the beauty of the plate decoration. Later on, a late-night buffet was served. I was so impressed by the presentation of it all: the lights, multi-leveled platforms, flowers and of course the food!
